A easier way of solving the problem : If you reached 8k ( 8.000 points on Overall Rankings ) and you can't collect, please file a ticket and attach a screen-shot with the beach treasure rankings.
If you didn't reach 8k points, there's no bug, and you got only the seraph stones, not the adv rewards which require 8.000 points.
