Cross server War why can it not be put in level brackets sick and tired of being matched with 70's when only 50's and now turn 60 still 70's matched with.

It's been going on for so long, I'm numb from losing from an outpowered matches. Not to mention, when your team is winning and an opposing player quits, then suddenly a monster (it's a compliment) joins as a late addition (substitute for the quitter), and your team loses at the end.
