During week-ends things work a bit slow, the issue affects all of us, not certain players, but nothing can be done.
Issue was already reported, and hopefully will be fixed soon ( soon as in today,tomorrow, etc. )
As for the diamonds/vouchers spent, that's up to the devs if they'll do something or not.

I am sure your tired of hearing this LOA staff, but lost a turn on S177 also, seems to be game wide. Same error code..
There is a weekend test for you now LOA. In the past I have never seen a bug fixed on the weekend. So here is my challenge to you : bug fixed before 3pm Sunday generous compensation...Bug not fixed until next week...generous compensation *10, your on the clock my friends
