Same issue, managed to defeat 2 bosses and the 3rd one failead to showup (maybe was busy or sleeping). After leaveing and re-entering the war it was shown as not being started.
One more thing the Announcements in every 4..5 minutes about whatever was fixed (this case Craft Master) are a pain, please try letting everyone know from 30 to 30 mins or 60 to 60. -
Same here, managed to get one boss killed and bam, lovely error as in the OP.
