my enchant points of my main ring reset to zero

good day R2 why is my enchant points of my main ring is reset to zero ive benn spending 13k of adv ore...i used my my 600 plus adv ore and now my enchant points is 300 plus..please help me and tnx in advance God bless..Accrespec of S1 nocturna tear's
