Awaken Skill level not increasing with added skill books

Hi

Awaken Skill Crescent Hymn Level 1 but shows 32/15 to increase to next level but has not increased to level 2.
Awaken Skill Sands of Time Level 3 but shows 87/50 to increase to next level but has not increased to level 4.

This is the same for other Awaken Skills in my inventory.

Some of these skill books were purchased via skill book shop and others from chest.

Please investigate and advise.

you can file a ticket with attached screenshots

thats because you need to increase your awakening level with the awakening stones for it to recognize you have enough books for next level of skills. The red text under the yellow bar says you need 3.5stars and you only have 3.4. once you get 1 more star, that red text turns green and you get the arrow to upgrade the skill to next level.
