Stucked up on game after loading

I was on game waiting for an hour to refresh the beach treasure shells. Then it stucked up. Cannot move or wut. Cannot click anything. Animations all stopped. Then I refreshed and after loading stuck up again. This happened 4x i refresh still stucked up. Then for the 5th time cannot load. Only black screen? Wth is happening?? I cannot miss this event. I waited too long to collect shells. Pls fix
Is this update? Pls answer im worried.
