i cannot screen shot so i cant file a ticket please help .. ill give u my password ect if you want to log in and see my missing fairys pleaseee

Your computer should have a screenshot feature. You can google it. Second R2 don't need your info to access the account. Third you shouldn't say you will give it your password so easily especially in the forums.

There are two ways to take a screenshot.

First, if you have a keyboard which I know you do. Press the PrtSc button which should be located beside F12. Then paste it onto paint and save the file. (Ctrl + V)

Second, if you are using win vista, 7, or 8.1 simply search for 'snipping tool' in your start up search bar. After that press 'New' and snip away.
