    the game didnt send me my diamonds when i recharged 9 hours ago...

    i recharged 9 hours ago with the mode of payment: 500+payment methods , i still dont receive anything , im very angry why is this happening , my visa consumed 100 dollars(10000 diamonds) and i didnt get my diamonds , fix as soon as possible please !!

      Loa forgot give me my diamonds please help!!

      i recharged 10000 diamonds and i still dont have that amount of diamonds , im very angry with it because i waited 10-11 hours and still dont appear in the game . please fix this problem because i paid and didnt get nothing yet ... i will miss treasure event if you dont fix it ... please fix now!!!! the mode of payment was: 500+payment methods WITH VISA CREDIT CARD

        here won't be helping you get your diam, I have experience once before and send ticket then wait for their mail reply and they ask screen shoot of my transaction receipt, send it to them and voila there will be your diam.

            what is the meaning if the game didnt send me on time .... i missed treasure event!!! that is why i recharged , i dont know if loa allow me to get my diamonds later when another treasure will come ... because my visa receipe will appear today after 10 to 15 hours ....

              i have to wait for my receipt tought , the bank dont send me yet . what about the collection ill miss ? or can they give my diamonds later when another treasure come ?? please told me !!

                I'm sorry but we cannot help with billing, you must file the ticket and work with the billing team.
