What is speed tools?

On my last CS I was kicked with that message, something about speed tools.

It was strange CS, I havent do anything just get killed like 3x then screen froze and kicked. I had to refresh and when I'm back CS ended. But the score board wasn't rght, the team wasn't team I was in before refresh. I got same score board as yesterday's last CS I did. Well nice bug but I think it needs to be fixed before bug worse.

Btw what's speed tool?

A speed tool usually is a third party software that allows you to move faster than the normal game speed

I never use anything like that n checked nothing strange in plug-ins...I guess it is just bugged warning...?
