Still missing my fairys!

hi my server is [S1]Nocturna's Tear and my character name is zedicus
I heard some ppl got their fairys buth mine still missing some ppl said tha I must submit ticket to get them back. I had ..Gingerbread Man ,Blessed baby ,Witching Cat,Snowball,little Reindeer,Astrid{currently using her buth see on screen only dunn have in icon !**Cracker I think that's the correct Fairys that I had 'hope not wrong buth u must have logs on that things ' hope all will be fixet soon bb and ty in advice .

ok I will buth I cant find where exacly to fill that ticket ? and what screenshot u need ?with fayris that I had or current condition ? if u need screen shot with fayris I had I dunn have that thing I dunn screenshot in games .and I think that u must have logs on all characters what and when they got something ?
