inheriting bug?

As far as i know "training level" and "upgrade level" of Djinni should be shown as "Temperance+0 +10" and "Upgrade +4" and should be transferred.
But as you see it looks different and i'm worried to inherit. Will it work or is it a bug? Server: "[S253] City of Runes", IGN: TomokoNyan. Thank you very much.
