recharge problem

first of all i did open a ticket,1 answear no problem solved

i did a recharge of 1k diamonds with paypal.i did get the receipt,on myr2 page say transaction its complete,but i didnt get the diamonds.what i need to do?i did mail to payment@r2games.com,wrote down transaction id.but i didnt get any answear or diamonds.

Paypal sometimes can have a delay on processing the payment.
Please wait 1-2 hours after you did it ( refreshing helps you ).
Also, please leave the ticket number here and I'll poke someone to look into it.

it took more than 2 hours,dont know my ticket number,forgot it.but i can see the ticket in history.its not normal to take the money and didnt gave the product.i want my diamonds or my money back

still no diamonds on my account.you started to scam players now?you know that this is fraud?i pay for a product but the product didnt arrive?this is how low you people could get,to scam players for 10$?as i said in support topic(btw still no aswear there) ill wait for my diamonds until the end of the day,after that ill take path legaly for fraud and scam
