Players from S222 cannt collect Serrins icon shard from hot events "Special Offer". System wrote "Database error"

Can't collect Serrin Icon Shard via hot Events after obtaining 500 devotion points. Click on collect button and Data Base error appears.

pretty discusting that you would make money from someone that's deceased 500 diamonds for 20 shards

also server 222 cannot collect anyway.

I think you correct this event on our servers or compensate it.

Tomorrow I put ticket to R2Games support with screen, where you can see that I have fulfilled all conditions of event. day after tomorrow again etc

Did you press the sort button and check inventory again? Sometimes it's like that.

I believe that's a GTArcade server. You need to file a ticket to support in your own platforms

Maybe need to play the game to see that it did actually start with devotion + 500 diamonds for shards. Everyone said they had 100, where i had 120 from spending 500 diamonds. Next minute, only devotion, waste of diamonds.

Its a 5 day event, those who are facing issue with collecting the shards we have already reported it.
