Cant collect Serrins icon Shard on S222 Cinderwood

    Now after update 21st May (game version 3.0390) hot event "Serrin" work correctly on S222 Cinderwood and we collect our Serrin's Icin Shard
    But now time left: 3 days 12:40 and players from s222 can collect only max 400 shard.
    Please compensate us 100 icons shard or extend duration of the event

          im having problems as well collect serrin shards every day but when I look in chard Im missing 200 shards from 2 days a go.
          I reported on another thread but not response yet of compensation. My server is S14 Alecta's Triumph..

            so still no answer on this for server 222 cinderwood.. event finishes today and we only have 400 shards, this is very bad mojo. an answer would be nice.. and not just palming us off all the time.. like champion showdown which we were not able to enter at all.. and nothing came of it.. like tough luck cinderwood

                  Same goes for me in S222. Missed the first 100 Serrin shards. Any news on compensation?
