collect all failed

after gauntlet i used collect all the rewards at the same time and didnt got my rewards so i try to do it one by ome but it says the reward is already retrieve so now am missing some events rewards like WB, cross server wyrm and GT

Team tournament ? whats the point of having a battle line up you can choose where you want to be in the battle 1 st 2nd 3rd 4 th or 5 th position when it does not work? this game really has become boring and inconsitant,instead of tarting up you dam web page just fix what not working we are all getting sick of you devs peeing around no one is intreasted in you stupid visuals on the log in page WE DO NOT CARE WE WANT THE BUGS AND THE GAME FIXED after playing this game for 2 yrs i am now on the verge of leaving r2 / gta games for good as are others your rep is quickly becoming a bad one and one to avoid at all cost my self and others are fed up with all the bugs. Support is below standered and non excistent for most half the tickets put in never get a reply, your match up system in cs is a dam joke 11 mill br in with 3 mill br you really need to start listening to all the complaints or you are going to lose a ton of players and word of mouth will make a lot of people stay away from you r games most of the servers are all ready dead thanks to your incompetence and greed take a good look at how many have stopped spending on your game my self included i will give it 1 month and if we still have the same issues on our server s253 ( now dead ) i will be leaving your games along with a few others from the server perm, one very unsatisfied customer

Game name is juliangel s261 north barrows. In the homestead interface my quest was miningx2, i did that 2 consistent times and it has come up for a third, obviously,I can no longer mine or advance to a differnt quest

Trying to socket it and I get "can't socket same gem" message
Though the process of elimination I have found that it thinks it is a HIT gem

Refreshed 6 times and tried different browser.
Now boycotting CHARGE until ALL BUGS ARE GONE.
