I already reported via ticket - Case #: 333356 but nothing is happening.
The rest of fairies (Blessed Baby and Aries are in my Inventory waiting for problem to be solved, then i'll unlock them, i even got Crackers, Rusty and Snow Queen twice, for some of them i used dias)

Please do something, this is really unfair now!
