trying to figure out what is user maze

just asking because a friend of mine lost alot of diamonds today and when he reported it he was told he spent them in user maze.
He is upset and i fear upset enough to leave the game. I am just trying to help him out.

He should try to file a ticket and ask for a clarification on what that is because I have no clue as well.
