What is the WAR GODS BLESSING? In Agamemnons Shoes it says ".... a layer of WAR GODS BLESSING is added everytime you recieve an attack..."

It adds a " blessing " that does nothing.
When that blessing reaches 4 stacks, the next attack you'll receive will be 100% dodged and the blessings will start again ( triggering up to 3 times per battle. )
Other than that, the boots don't do anything else.
