Bug with Prismatic Wheel

I am on server S27 and my character name is Sephora. The issue is that the Prismatic Wheel didn't appear on our game screen until just a little while ago and it ends at midnight. And what's even worse is the fact that I paid real money to recharge and didn't get my free diamond spin for it and I recharged yesterday.

It appeared at 10 PM on the last applicable day. I am like the poster, paid $ for diamonds during the day. S42 character-- The Leon.
