World Boss reward missing

i did the world boss on the Heth server and placed around 41 and was supposed to be given the M gold chests dark core and then more S gold chests after it was over but i received no reward at all 30mins have passed and nothing

Not to mention, that S958 (on GTA) is a very NEW Server, and is not Killing all 3 Bosses yet! If all 3 Bosses are not Killed, you do not get the Ranked Rewards!
