S246 cant enter, black screen.

First off sorry if i put this in the wrong thread...

As the Title says i cant enter loa server 246... when i attempt to log in only a black screen appears... so wanted to ask if theres a problem with s246 and is there a way to counter the problem if there is no problem...

Usual response for this is
1. Clear cache i.e. delete browser temp files and cookies
2. Update Flash
3. Flush dns [Push Windows button, into Search box type cmd, in new window type ipconfig/flushdns]
It has worked for me in the past on other servers, but is not working now
