missing B.R. and gratitude cards

i log in today, but at my main hero is missed 15k. of B.R., that's almost 30k of Health points, 12k. of Matk points and etc.,...and what can i do with fine gratitude cards and gratitude cards?

my guess would be that you may have get kicked from aliance, if not then check maybe some unequipten guardian/ fairy. And for cards you can hope at next event it be exchange for them.
