How do I respond back to a open ticket and be able to submit the screen shots needed? I have tried several times on open ticket page. Just goes blank after I click reply

You need your ticket# and email.
You were notified with a ticket# after submitting the ticket and a confirmation email will be sent to the email that is bounded with the account.
