inherit for fairies.

I try inherit 'evolve' from one fairy to other and i cant because i didnt see yesterday when i do inherit, transfer only exp no evolve. Now every time said me that there wasnt anything to inherit. but as you see in picture you see that there is evolve and i need to transfer it to other fairy. Anyone here can help me please!
