Good day! I have the same issue. Dark Paladin acquired an icon, but I can not activate, in a tavern not shown that she has a backpack.

You can recruit it if you have the require hero souls and the crest.
It's a visual bug that doesn't show you own the crest that applies only on that tab ( Astral Tavern ).

i have the herosouls and the crest , can`t recruit , and if u pay some attention to the OP screenshot u see he has the herosouls too and he still can`t recruit. so, any solution ?
