Don't know if it is a bug or not, but what do you mean by paladin's crest? Is it dark paladin's crest? If it's so why can't I exchange my crest? i can't understand this event.

The event is there for people who have bought the idle ghost paladin crest that they bought in mid-year review event with a working ghost paladin crest. Simple as that.
