  • Recharge- Xsolla

    I have tried to recharge via Xsolla and doesnt let me at all... Non of "500+ ways " worsk. Talking about mobile recharge.. It lets me to type number and mail and then shows me it's not available.
    Thats only way to recharge for me, and I can't.
    I was sending tickets and tickets and only thing I got as answer was " try another option".. So please don't answer me with try another option, cause I can't recharge via other options...

    Dont bother, people have been writing about that since it came out and they just think of some dumb excuse.
    Also they made some contest for using Xsola and never anounced winner lol.

      Please send us a screenshot where you can see that all 500+ ways are not working and we will check iа there is an error.
      Speaking about Mobile payment - when you put your mobile number, our system has checked for any available pricepoints for your mobile provider and the product that you chose. Unfortunately there were no pricepoints found for you. In this case we would recommend you to use an alternative payment option. Our apologies for inconveniences.

        Interesting as while we used it while on free offers it worked.

          I would understand if daopay doesn't work for me on gtarcade also, but on gtarcade i can recharge on r2games I can't.

                As for mobile payments, when you enter your mobile number, our system has checked for any available pricepoints for your mobile operator and the product that you chose. Unfortunately there were no pricepoints found for you. In this case we would recommend you to use an alternative payment option. We would recommend you to use Qvoucher as an alternative payment method. You may check on their official website https://www.qvoucher.rs/ where to buy it.

                  As mentioned above it worked before. In case it doesnt work for specific countries remove them from list for that country. People dont need Xsola to use credit card.

                  Oh well anyway your loss. You should have solved it with R2 and operators.

We will re-direct the issue to our technical specialists to check it thoroughly, but as we mentioned above, unfortunately first of all it depends on the mobile operator and the chosen product. We may also recommend to try other mobile payment options such as Zong, Centili, Onebip, Boku, etc.

                      None of those available except Centili, and same issue.
