frozen and slow loading....

Please fix the problem in server S219 I have after the auto game updated my game get frozen almost every match in arena, clash of might, world boss, totem, darl abyss and gauntlet, I have to use the window refresh almost every match... my other server playing S244 doing ok just the server219 so annoying and bother much when doing match. Thanks, my game ID is R299929125 or Dark Angel as player nick used
