Reward mising.

I'm 3rd in consec. ranks and when i clik on reward, i get only prestige all other items i do not get them . 80 blesed stone,200 seraph's stone.1k rune stone and superstar emblem (7days) is missing. To the old Tycon i think i was in right to have Vidar's Blade. I was very close to 20+ ranked and i do not get it.
Now another problem i have, I buy Cokatrice and Iron Cokatrice soul . When i want to upgrade, it need Majestic Steed, Soo next i must to buy Royal Steed and Majestic Steed soul? or only the last. I do not understand Cokatrice and steed what whay has with one another? Finaly ..what do i must to have ,, both royal upgraded in majestic? Or only majestic soul . Thank you and i hope someone to can resolve this situation.

you must have them both...royal and upgrade it to majestic

You can only get advanced reward if you acquired 9999 roses during the event.

Majestic steed is the evolved version of royal steed, that means if you doesn't already have royal steed you need to get it before evolving to majestic.
