tarot time deduction

Hello, screenshot does not show anything, but when you click on the 'drag a card here'spot WITHOUT holding a card, it deducts 20 secs of your time (happens sometimes when tarot lags and you go into the next lvl with the 'drag card here' underneath the 'next lvl' button. pls fix to only deduct time when you drag a wrong card, not when you do not drag anything at all.

Also if you have 5 sec left, you wont be able to drag cards, it will say database error, forbidding you to get to next lvl.
