runes everywhere

From yesterday when i open my char icon always in right side open "runes window", than i try to see my emblem and i again i cant see them because is there "runes window". again i try to open element fro main and again i cant see the right window for all these selections because always "windows for runes" is there. and for all selections that appear in right side i cant see them because ... guest what windows for runes is there all time . Fix it please.

as icon idont know where is this. after new updates it disappear. But you can select them from char icon. there is near from main boots on left side

I also have this problem on S110. It works great after a refresh until you open your runes windows again then the runes window seems to override all other windows when it comes to your character.

A refresh normally it fixes it ( happened to me ).
