Accessing Rune menu crashes Flash Player and Mini Client as well

Hello,

After the latest updates , the Flash Player crashes in browser and the Mini Client is not responding when trying to access Rune , from main char window.

At this moment we cannot upgrade our runes on S263.

Please check the issue.
