alliance bug can not participate in aliance events :(

its realy annoying i cannot participate in alliance events they say me i am not part of any aliance.instead my alliance i m seeing other alliance chat in my alliance chat .when i try to open Demon war icon they says i am not the part of alliance but when i check alliance list my name is still there .i also submit ticket thy said folow email i still dint get any ticket no in mail evrythng is annoying realy plz fix asap in tycon days really loss .
