Recharge and NO DIAMANDS... why?

I recharged yesterday and i didn't get any recharge.. i activate that "treasure" event.. believed that they will give me the reward from 1st recharge.. BTW.. it's my second recharge.. 1st i recharged for VIP.. and i didn't get then nothing..

I want reward...

Which recharge method did you choose? Because offers do not count as a recharge.
