Forge not showing equipment

hello ,
could you please explain why I was not able to see the equipment that is in the backup hero and in my inventory.
please fix this ,, I can not install and remove the gems that exist in the backup hero ....
I have to move forward to the backup hero can install gems to him ..

yep same for me - Mac69 on 249. Luckily we have new update though that gave us some new fairies and other **** while managing to totally ignore anything actually needing fixed. Well played League of Glitches and Bugs.....
