Hello. Can you please follow the steps for making a report? Please post your data (IGN, server) and a screenshot to support your claim, as evidence for the issue you're facing? Also, can you tell us what's the browser you're using to play the game? Can you also try, first, the initial check steps (clean/clear cache and history, refresh game page after, possibly flash your DNS and also relogin after you restart your device) and see if there is any change after? Is there any message you also get when you try to enter your server but you're stuck?REQUIRED INFO: Don't forget to provide your IGN, server name & number and screenshots for the issues & problems experienced. Hello again. We have tried the mentioned server and it's loading just fine. Can you please try to clean/clear, etc, as suggested and also switch browsers (try Edge, Opera, Maxthon, even). Also,Chrome is coming with some issues lately, since flash is asking for being enabled or being set permissions. In case you are using it, here is something which might be of help with that: "cookies are automatically disabled in "Incognito" mode, please avoid using it in Chrome. Please set the "same-site-by-default-cookies" flag to "Disable". The flag could be found by using the following link if you are using Chrome as browser "chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies". Please also be sure to completely restart the browser after switching off the flag.
