Submitted a ticket for an issue. It said to confirm using link sent in an R2 email. Havent gotten the email . My address has been verified. My question is, does the ticket still go through? Since this involves a recharge where the money has been taken out of my acoount ( 9 hours ago) , but order says incomplete, I really need to know. Thanks to anyone who can answer.
