Before the merge i had accumulated and saved over 450 energy in craft master, now today craft master is out and my energy is at 50. What happened to my accumulated amount?????

*Note : Energy stacks for other day ONLY if the amount is higher than the basic one you get ( If you leave 30 energy, after reset you will get 50 only, but if you leave 70 on, after reset you'll get 120. )

i have stacked more than five hundred poin but after the merger my point become default 50 only before the merger i can save up till the next eventComment

Its always been you get your base 50, if you spend it you get another 50 at reset but if you dont spend it add your vouchers you have 83, after reset you still have 83 and dont gain the 50 and so forth for the 4 days. It has remained for continous events afterwards. Merge reset all the saved points.Comment

I have asked but still got no response.
I think the merge was supposed to reset points and such, or not....
Will ask the team again and hopefully will get an answer fast.

i already send them ticket but still got no solution from them . if they reset all event point they should notice us first before we got merger , i quite disappointing with them.Comment

Ive sent a ticket as well, and gotten typical generic answer. We will look into this. LMAO They were sure quick enough to look into the placement of a lvl 8 crystal in craftmaster and remove it from everyone pretty quickly. Like everything and every ticket, i wont hold my breath on anything being done, let alone another response.Comment

Well the problem is merge it self, which basicly reseted all progress you had in places. Like bubble progress for evo, and upgrade to 0, there for also it set all saved up att in some events to 0 too. But you can try and pursue them with date when you last knew the saved energy point so they coul look into log
.
