I think he have the right to post his Ticked cause you guys stating (and this not here) to ignoring Tickets,
which relate to your mistakes,

and just for Note !
when you would answer his Ticked he would not have a reason to post it in the Forum!!!

Well each ban has a reason and in the end if you Read ToS r2 keep rights to end service for any of us when they think its neccesary, and not urged to give explanation. But there gm mentioned, to keep solving issue via Tickets, at forums it wont help the problem anyways

GM Enyo explained pretty clearly. All account issues should be discussed/addressed via the ticket system. There are a lot of sensitive information provided in that post. The argument of who's right or wrong might escalate to a point where it will be hard to control.
