How long until I get my diamonds?

I thought that I transferred 40 golden beans to my character and I got all the right signals from passport management at 2015-09-22 12:33:49. But I did not get my diamonds. I am dependent on this to get certain levels of rewards.

If R2 games does not want me to recharge, this is the way to get me to quit.

Note I subsequently recharged 10 golden beans and it went through right away.

I buy through http://passport.game321.com/ I got a confirmation that it was being transferred. It shows on my transfer record as having been completed 2015-09-22 12:33:49. But I did not get diamonds and cannot get "The Precious" bonus or credit for total recharges if it does not go through today.

dont believe game321 is related to r2. you need to file a ticket to game321 different platform.
