hi, i've just reached lvl 60 yesterday in LoA and had the same problem, but after cancelling everything in little helper the icon appeared

Did you watched earlier screenss where it did not show this.... as you have. But best way is to cancel all in Helper and refresh, and icon should appear. As temporary till todays update
