It has been 3 days that Team Arena is bugged : the game is unable to find a team to match with when you clic ready.
The timer goes to 0 and no fight starts.
Knowing that we have a Serrin event going and the highest reward is for a 700 devotion, some players may not be able to reach the required devotion without Team Arena.
Otherwise dragon crests are needed for the arena shop.
I suppose many players will appreciate you fix this quickly.
