Ocean Spirit

From what I have been told everyone is getting this for free, except for me? I have no quests for expedition which need to be done or are even listed. I was told to refresh, I did and still nothing. I was told to go to Kathiah in world level 51-60 and she will give me Ocean Spirit after I killed some other alliance people. All this is done and still nothing. Why?

need to be lvl 70+ to obtain the side quest for her. I think.

i am lvl 87 and i have the same problem.
i don't have quest to collect ocean spirit bage and i can't summon ocean spirit

not sure but are you in a top 70 alliance? need to be in top 70 to participate in expedition to complete the quest.

Same problem here.. no loop quest for Ocean Spirit..

same problem with my char delete cookies changed browser but couldnt find quest and my aliance is in top 70 rank 26 server s192 eu IGN Crixcus

Well problem for them is that they dont have the side quest which gives the ocean badge
