CrossServer War is not Functional

I am trying to enter CrossServer war on Server 263 Desert of Bones and it is not working. I have refreshed the game and the result is the same.
Bellow I will attach a screenshot with the error I am getting.

Hi, this might happen from time to time not very often though. This had been reported previously. Usually it fix itself after about 5~10 mins
