You actually don't have the 4 capsules needed. Look at yellow glow around the squares - it shows which capsules are correct for the combo. The problem is that your blue and purple capsules have the same item inside. As it seems you have 1 purple, 2 blue capsules and 1 green and in fact you need 2 purple, 1 blue and 1 green.

No, sorry. It have to be 2 purples, 1 blue and 1 green, the prize inside them doesn't matter. Your 2d square is no match. The yellow glow indicates what matches as I mentioned above.
