Alliance Expedition / Players BUG

Dear Admin & All LoA Players

Well, I've made a post about this just now but I can't find it anywhere, so here I make another post, hope it's not spamming.

During Alliance expedition, we met 2 players, nick Annihilator & Seraphim, they both are from VIP Only Alliance. What wondering me is, only when facing these 2 players, all my set up, like totem, artifact, pandora mails ect are not working. To understand it more, below here is the battle reply I took from facing Annihilator.

1. I put Pandora Gear onto FQ yet she dead without any revival.
2. FQ don't require any rage to cast skills yet she only use normal attack.

What wondering me are why only those 2 that we whole alliance having these sorta problems while facing their other members are not ?

Please fix this A.S.A.P. Since we can't move forwards without taking these 2 down with the whole freaking bug around.
