Khaos Atlas Chest Rewards Error

having completed 3 levels of Final Stand also using the reset 3 times to get rewards from Final Winner event
I opened multiple chests which should have given me Khaos Atlas chests and Khaos Cores none of which I have received
though I do appear to have got the battle coins (not sure if all of them or not)

same problem here.used diamonds to open chests n never got khaos cores or atlas chests

ok further update : tried this again today monitoring things a little more closely obtained 1 chest from lvl 1 correctly plus coins from 2 extra chests on lvl 1.
On level 2 did not get the chest from free draw so did not buy any.
