  • Angel Artifact error

    I have a shield of discord artifact that I suddenly can not equip. I have opened a ticket, but I have never received an email from them since the new support system went into effect. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way to see status of a ticket without receiving the email from support?

    The email might be in your junk or spam folder. That being said you would need the ticket # to check the status of your ticket.
