Loading wont load

I have to refresh 10 to 15 times till the game will fully load. I don't know why you have to keep adding new stuff when you cant even fix the game. This is why I stopped playing for over 6 mo. If it keeps up I want all my money back I put into this game. STOP ADDING NEW THINGS TO A GAME YOU CANT EVEN FIX LITTLE STUFF ON.
